Company sale
The owner of an engineering company wanted to sell his company to pursue other interests. He did not know where to start looking, his accountant was not experienced in corporate finance and so he turned to D4B. We at any time have a considerable number of companies and individuals who are looking to invest in businesses, whether they be struggling and in need of expertise and investment to turn them round, or profitable with a strong balance sheet.
D4B introduced an individual who wanted to run his own company and had some funds to invest. Although this amounted to a fraction of the sale price of the company, D4B sourced additional funds which allowed the purchaser to proceed without personal guarantee or additional mortgage.
